Director of Clinical Services

Visnja Prpic

​An AHPRA registered nurse with over 18 years of senior leadership, Visnja has a wide breadth of experience in both residential and in-home aged care, including directorship, Director of Nursing, Operations and Quality management roles.   Visnja is a dedicated advocate for improving the quality and safety of elderly care in Australia. Visnja’s extensive audit and consulting expertise has guided numerous organisations through the complexities of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Passionate about elevating the standards of elderly care, Visnja is committed to ensuring Australia’s elderly receive the best possible care. Her work has been acknowledged through publications such as the Who’s Who of Australian Women, underscoring her influence and dedication to the sector. In addition to her clinical and leadership expertise, Visnja is also qualified in workplace assessment and training, further enhancing her ability to develop and support aged care professionals.

Michael Schuller

With over two decades of leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, Michael is a seasoned management consultant and business strategist. Specialising in strategic planning, process re-engineering, and business development, Michael has successfully led organisations through significant transformations, from large multi-state corporations to small family-owned businesses. Michael has been at the forefront of bridging the gap between strategy and execution since 2005. His expertise includes staff training and development, operational budgeting, and sales and marketing strategies, with a proven track record of optimising systems and processes to drive business growth. More recently, Michael has developed a keen interest and active involvement in software development, further expanding his skill set to include the latest in technological innovations. This new focus enhances his ability to contribute to the delivery of SaaS solutions that not only meet current business needs but also anticipate future challenges. Passionate about continuous improvement, Michael combines hands-on leadership with a consultative approach to deliver practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate business performance.

Director of Organisational Development

Julie Sestan

Julie is an AHPRA registered pharmacist with a diverse background that spans multi-site operations, senior executive roles, and successful business ownership. With expertise in organisational governance, risk management, and strategic development, Julie has also provided management consulting across various industries. In addition, Julie plays an active role on boards and committees, including being one of only four pharmacists appointed to the Pharmaceutical Services Federal Committee of Inquiry. She also holds Diploma Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Julie’s unique combination of clinical experience, senior management acumen, and passion for process, provides a holistic approach to organisational compliance and the delivery of high-quality care.
